Builders Sale on Existing Inventory!

Parkland Golf & Country Club from $699,000 Jan 2008

Residents of Parkland Golf & Country Club will enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, men's and ladies locker rooms with steam, aerobics and weight training rooms, spa treatment suites for facials, massage, nail salon and much more. A totally separate Golf Club is under construction and will be ready for use exclusively by those with golf memberships by end of 2008.

A day at the resort-style pool deck is comparable to a weekend getaway to a five-star quality resort destination. If any one is concerned about the South Florida Real Estate Market they should have been at the Heron Bay sales center this weekend.

On Sat. they had a lottery for the first 32 lots of the last section of regular homes in Heron Bay that will have golf and water views available. Over 65 people showed up and were part of the lottery. The prices for this section were in the $500,000 range to the $800,000 range plus lot premiums. An additional release is expected within the next 30 days, unfortunately for those that did not get in on the initial release the one should have higher lot and home prices.

Within the next 30 to 60 days they expect the first release of their last estate home section with home prices to start at approximately $1,000,000 plus lot premium. These are exceptional water and golf lots right in the heart of Heron Bay.

Parkland Golf and Country Club the first and only true Boca style Country Club in Broward County had its initial release on Sunday morning -Feb. 2003 where a total of 55 lots were released between 3 sections. The first with a price point 0f $499,000 to $650,000-the second from $650,000 to just over $800,000 plus the last with prices from just over $800,000 to over $1,000,000 plus lot premiums. Over 180 people, buyer and investors took part in the lottery as well as countless others that straggled in during the day with expectations of finding lots available, sadly there were none.

Additional releases are expected within the next several weeks of these and possible other sections and price points.

In Parkland Golf and Country Club there will be some condo's, villas, single family homes and several sections of estate homes with prices going into the millions. If this weekends activity is any indication of the demand that exists for this type of property great things are expected.

There are no longer any new country clubs in Boca, nor room to build any. The only new ones that are still being built are in Delray and Boynton Beach, areas that are nice in there own rights but are not Parkland.

Parkland which is located in the northwest quadrant of Broward County, has direct access to the Sawgrass Expressway, the best schools in Broward County and the only community that is truly a city in the country, providing an unparallel lifestyle.
